Pre-ex is a term used for a pre-existing condition that will not be covered by your insurance plan for a defined period after your enrollment date.

Q: Can I cancel my insurance at any time?
Yes.
Q: What affects my renewal?
Attained age, trend/claims experience from all subscribers on like policies, and individual medical claims all affect your renewal.
Q: Can I add my dependents throughout the year?
Yes. It is not based on renewal or a qualifying event; however, they must go through the application process and be approved by the insurance company.
Q: Can I change my plan mid-year?
Yes. A change can be requested at any time throughout the year; however, approval of the change is not guaranteed.
